- Quality: Do you insist on the best quality in the finish of you product and in the service you provide? Do you have quality-check processes in place before dispatching goods?
- Price: Are you priced competitively, and do you keep your prices stable?
- PR: Have you received any awards or received any press coverage for your product/service?
- Delivery: What are your lead times? Can you provide a faster delivery service than your competitors?
