NeuroTrac NT3A Digital Acupuncture Tens

The NeuroTrac™ TENS and AcuStim is an advanced and modern digital dual channel TENS and Acupuncture unit featuring 16 built in and 3 custom programmes. Four different treatment modes provide maximum flexibility for pain relief.

TENS helps with a wide variety of pain and has an 80% efficacy rate. If you suffer from any type of pain, the NeuroTrac™ TENS and AcuStim may be able to help.

The NeuroTrac™ TENS and AcuStim comes with an additional AcuStim probe and a pain management booklet to help you locate the AcuPuncture points.
In addition, the wand provides sound feedback when an AcuPuncture point is located.

Treatment Protocols

Conventional TENS or Normal Mode
This mode enables the user to select any rate between 2 Hz - 200 Hz and a pulse width between 50 µS - 300 µS. This is the most frequently used of the three modes. The most common selection is 80 Hz with a 200 µS pulse width.

Burst Mode
This mode is comparable to the low rate TENS technique except that each low rate pulse is substituted for by a short BURST of 9 pulses (200 µS) at 150 Hz. It is a combination of conventional and low rate TENS. The burst mode is often referred to as acupuncture like TENS.

Modulation Mode
This mode is designed to help prevent nerve accommodation that some patient's experience. It is achieved by continuously cycling the pulse width and rate.

AcuStim Probe
The NeuroTrac™ TENS and AcuStim unit can be easily changed from a Transcutaneous Nerve Stimulator to a versatile surface AcuPuncture Stimulator by attaching the AcuStim Probe to the connector in the top of the TENS unit.
